Cocoa trees, grown between land and sea, produce Trinitario beans. Cultivated in biodiversity with other fruit trees, cocoa trees flourish under the tops of coconut and banana trees. The beans from the Mekong Delta give the chocolate a singular taste with acidulous and mineral notes, slightly salty and iodized.

Vietnamese cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, fleur de sel, minimum cocoa content 75%.
